Haka, as a newcomer, is still in really bad shape, as they are struggling to record a positive result for quite some time. In the last round of Veikkausliiga, they suffered a loss against KuPS 2:4 in a home match.

After the first part, when both teams managed to score one goal, the hosts were caught off guard in the second, as they conceded three more in a period of twenty-four minutes, not being able to do much to get back into the match. They did succeed in reducing the deficit to 2:4 in the 75th minute, but unfortunately, that was all from them in this one.

Haka with their poor performances finds themselves in the 10th place with four points, while the relegation group scenario is becoming a real possibility, as the season continues.
HJK made a setback in the last round against Honka, back at home, as they come from a 1:1 draw.

The guests took the lead first in the 19th minute over Dongou, while the hosts were able to score an equalizer in the second part, in the 56th minute over Tenho to be exact, as they looked a bit more dangerous in that part of the match. Several very nice chances were seen in this clash, but the goalkeepers of both teams were well modded that they, as they saved their goals on several occasions, with Haka probably feeling a bit bitter after the game.

HJK is at 3rd place in the standings, four points behind first-placed Inter Turku and a victory here is their only priority.
HJK learned their lesson in a previous match, and I don't think that they will allow themselves to repeat it. They are strong favorites, with a huge quality difference on their side. In my opinion, the visitors should pull this one out with ease, and record a convincing victory. Anything else would surely be a great surprise.
